Customer Support Executive – Quality Department ( Only Male), Ludhiana .
Experience – 0-1 year
Qualification –Bachelors / Masters in Food Technology / Bio – Technology / Bio- Chemistry / Microbiology / Pharmacy or equivalent degree
Salary – 10 – 15k + Overtime
Job location – Ludhiana

Responsibilities –
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products

Keep records of customer interactions , recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

Ø Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Ø Answer questions about products or the company

Ø Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Ø Enter and update customer information in the database

Ø Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Ø Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
